It is a recognized fact that the most effective platform to source qualified candidates is the internal database of consultants.
Our primary sourcing channel is our ATS database. We have also created a healthy sourcing channel through our referral reward program that gives us access to good validated talent from our present and former employees, consultants and partners.
This also gives us the opportunity to know about the consultant as an individual, sometimes from more than one known source.
